Payment

All subscriptions are payable in advance, in Canadian funds. Please ensure that cheques or money orders are made payable to Multimed Inc. drawn from a Canadian or US financial institution. Visa and Mastercard are also accepted.

For subscriptions ordered after January 1, back issues to complete the relevant volume will be sent.

Please note that individual Doctor, Nurse and Resident rates are available only for purchase by individuals or their institution.
