Subscription rates are based on an annual January to December term. The journal is published 6 times per year, plus supplements, which vary in frequency from year to year.

Payment
All subscriptions are payable in advance, in US funds. Please ensure that cheques or money orders are made payable to Multimed Inc. drawn from a Canadian or US financial institution. Visa and Mastercard are also accepted.

For subscriptions ordered after January 1, back issues to complete the relevant volume will be sent.
